Soon you will be learning how to play the most absorbing game in the world but firstly may I ask you to read the following:

I wish to enrol on your Bridgelessons beginner's course and would like you to send me the materials for the first section as soon as possible. For my protection and so that I can look at the materials without risk I understand that I can in effect pay the monthly subscription 4 weeks in arrears. The first instalment will not be required until 4 weeks after I have received the first section. I further understand that my subscription will then be payable monthly thereafter and that shortly after you have received the first standing order payment you will send me the second section.and so on at monthly intervals thereafter. I understand that I may cancel my standing order at any time and that I may keep any materials so far received and that I would have the option of picking up the course again at a later date. I also understand that all the material supplied by you is protected by copyright and that duplication, reproduction or distribution of any of the material by any means is strictly forbidden.

4. In the first space write in the day of the month ( e.g. twenty third ). This day will be roughly one month after you are sending off this form.
